Message	some like to track their cars, so suspension and brakes comes first some like to drag their cars, so tires and powers are more important some just like to have a fun weekend warrior with all the mods then can find just for bragging rights, and that's just a whole story of itself of the mods you metioned, i would suggest a Blitc Sbc-id or sbc-Color for boost controller since you are not really on a "tight" budget, simply because it is a better boost controller overall. I would suggest to replace all the small wear and tear stuff first and go from there. If everything checks out to be fine, then go buy all the mods that's appropriate for your application in terms whichever direction you want to take with your Z, my $.02 of the day.
